The challenge
Andrés González, Herbalife's Worldwide Customer Experience & Strategy Manager was facing an important challenge that directly affected the financial part of the company: the lack of a tracking system for the sales process of the brand's associates. This lack made it difficult to efficiently manage sales, customers and loyalty levels, which in turn affected the profitability and growth of the company.

To address this problem, Andrés decided to turn to Kubo for a solution. Kubo set out to develop an application that would allow Herbalife associates' sales, customers, and loyalty levels to be effectively managed. This application would not only facilitate the monitoring and management of sales, but would also improve customer experience and strengthen associate loyalty.
