The challenge
Andrés González, Herbalife's Worldwide Customer Experience & Strategy Manager, faced a major challenge that directly affected the company's finances: the lack of a system to track the sales process of the brand's associates. This lack made it difficult to efficiently manage sales, customers and loyalty levels, which in turn affected the company's profitability and growth.
