Strategic ally
Miguel Camacho and Felipe Samper, CEO and co-founder of Go Pass, they were immersed in the process of creating the digital product with suppliers who lacked sufficient experience for the mobile development of Go Pass. This resulted in issues related to delays in project launch. It was at this point where KUBO became a crucial strategic ally for Go Pass. The project consisted of an application designed to facilitate contactless payments at tolls, parking lots and technical service stations.
To achieve this, the application required a strong integration with the previous provider, who had built a step-by-step validation system for each toll. In addition, the application sought to maintain an active geolocation system using GPS that would allow viewing the routes with the Go Pass points of interest, including tolls, self-service and parking lots.
Successful platform
Thanks to this development, Go Pass managed to begin its journey by attracting more than 350,000 users and registering more than 6 million transactions during the first half of 2023. Currently, the company has a presence in 126 of the 178 existing tolls in Colombia. By 2024, Go Pass' aspiration is to expand to 800 service points and reach 70 million transactions.
